was born and raised in California. She grew up in the
real estate world as her family bought and sold “fixer upper” houses all over
Southern California. She moved to Salem in 2001 and became a Certified Real
Estate Appraiser in 2004. Her attention to detail and genuine curiosity for how
things work is a perfect match for appraising houses. She gives the same level
of detail to appraising starter homes as she gives to extravagant estates. She
has been appraising homes in the Willamette Valley for the past 14 years and
appreciates the uniqueness of each home.
When she isn’t appraising houses, Christina enjoys
raising her family with her husband. They have 3 children who are confident,
compassionate, and curious - all bundled up in their own special ways.
Christina can find joy in most things; whether she is taking a van full of kids
to the movies, or driving the golf cart around the course with her husband, or
taking a kid free trip to Disneyland with her fellow mom friends. She knows
that at the end of each day true joy is found in loving others, and being loved
for who you were meant you to be.
