Milo (Trey) Phillips

began working for Conser Appraisals in 1998, after having known the Conser Family for a very long time.  Before becoming an appraiser, he ran a small business for about 15 years and worked for a Dow Jones financial services company for about 6 years.  In addition to appraising single family homes, he has extensive experience appraising for estate planning, large, high-end homes, multifamily residences, and green homes. He enjoys appraising due to the flexibility of time allowing me to have a positive impact on people. He enjoys many things, including painting and photography; playing guitar and banjo for many years, landscaping, and practicing martial arts.  Finally he is an avid cyclist, having cycled the equivalent of the globe’s circumference twice.  He is supportive of organizations against human trafficking.  He has been married 43 years and has three children, and five grandsons. He is immensely happy about all this, knowing that Jesus Christ is the force in his life.
